Listing Help

Welcome to our help page. We are here to help make the listing process with us as easy as possible.

 

Sign In or Register

Click “Sign In” on the top right of the website

  • For existing customers you can input your username and password
  • For new customers/partners you can click “Create New Account
    • Select type of user
      • For partners select partner (note if you are not intended to be a partner your application will be declined)
        • Input all the required information
        • Select what listings your would like to upload
        • Accept our Terms and Conditions
      • For normal user select “normal user”
        • Input all the required information
        • Accept our Terms and Conditions
      • Click “Register”
  • Once you have registered and approved as a partner you will then be able to login to the partner site.

 

The Normal User dashboard will display booking history.

The Partner Dashboard will display the following:

  • Hotel statistics
  • Rental statistics
  • Profile Overview
  • Settings
  • Booking History
  • Hotel Options
    • Add new hotel
    • My Hotel
    • Add new room
    • My Room
    • Add Booking Hotel
    • Booking Hotel
  • Rental Options
    • Add new rental
    • My Rental
    • Add new Rental Room
    • My Rental Room
    • Add Booking Rental
    • Rental Bookings

 

Adding accommodation & Conference Venues

 

Adding Accomodation

The following applies for Hotels and Rentals (Conference Venues) (we will call everything a hotel from here onwards)

  

Step 1

Click ‘Add new hotel’ – only if you haven’t already added the hotel

  

Step 2

Enter the Hotel information

Enter hotel name

Ignore Content box

Below this is a large text box called Hotel Description– Input the hotel description here.

Featured Image

Click “Browse” – this image must be the main image of the hotel (the feature image). Find the image you want to add and add it.

Tabs

  • Location settings
    • Select the address checkbox That relates to your hotels location
    • Address
      • Add the address, this will auto-populate
      • Latitude and longitude will populate off the address
      • Ignore the rest
  • Hotel details
    • Select cards accepted
    • Add any other pertinent information
    • Galley
      • Upload images, including the featured image again here
    • Logo
      • Add the hotel logo if they have one
    • Price
      • Auto-calculate price – yes
      • Leave min price empty
  • Check in/out time
    • Input the check in and check out times
    • Ignore rest

 

Step 3

Click “Submit Hotel”

  

Your Hotel will now be loaded onto the site. Now you must add rooms to your hotel.

 

Step 4

Click “Add new room”

 

Step 5

Enter the Room information

Enter room name.

Below this is a large text box called Room Description– Input the Room description here.

Featured Image

Click ‘Browse – this image must be the main image of the room (the feature image). Find the image you want to add and add it.

Tabs

  • General
    • Room Type – select appropriate room type
    • Room facilities – select what facilities the room has
    • Hotel – search for the hotel the room applies to
    • Number of rooms – how many rooms exactly like this room do you have?
    • Detail room layout – ignore
    • Gallery – Upload images, including the featured image again here
  • Room price
    • Price per night – Input the rate per night
    • Sale schedule – do you want to run a sale? If yes, say yes
      • Pick start and end date of sale
    • Deposit – this depends on whether you require a deposit
  • Room facilities
    • Number of adults – input number of adults allowed
    • Number of children – input number of children allowed
    • Number of beds – input number of beds per room
    • External booking – leave as No
  • Other facility
    • Add info on any other facilities this room has – i.e. baby bed, 2 showers, etc.
  • Cancel booking
    • Allow people to cancel – yes or no
    • How many days before their booking can they cancel?
    • Do you charge for cancellations? If yes input percentage charged for cancellations
  • Payment settings
    • Leave as is.

 

Step 6

Click “Submit Room”

  

You now have a hotel and room. Repeat the room steps to add more rooms.

 

Adding a Conference Venue

You need only add a Rental and need not add separate rental rooms.

So for instance, say I have a conference venue that has two conference rooms. You will add each room as a separate Rental, and not add one Rental with 2 rooms. This is done as each room will be priced differently.
